        Prof. Vlad MUREȘAN, PhD, habil., obtained the PhD Diploma (2012) on a joint program from Gembloux AgroBioTech, University of Liege, Belgium - Ph.D. on Agricultural sciences and biological engineering and from University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Cluj-Napoca, Romania - PhD on Agronomy, Food Engineering Department.

Vlad MURESAN, PhD is inventor in the awarded Patent RO129517 “Spreadable cream-type sugary product made of roasted sunflower seeds and carobs”

A new near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopic method was developed for the analytical measurement of lipid oxidation in sunflower kernel paste (tahini), which was chosen as an example of a complex oilseed-based food product. Talanta, 155: 336–346. Link for details
